Online
For research in the Pre-production phase, I wanted to find out how to make fake blood, as we needed a lot of blood due to costumes and weapons needing extra touches. So therefore, I used the online video sharing platform called YouTube to find out how. I found a detailed Step by Step visual tutorial, on how to make said fake blood, and tried it for myself. I also wanted to show my group where the location I had suggested to shoot our sequence was and pin point exactly where we would be at a certain time of day, for this I used Google Earth, an online satellite imagery site where you can see any place you want to in the world.
Hardware
For hardware, in our pre-production phase, I used a 2020 MacBook Pro with an M1 Chip, it has a 13.3” display and has great power and performance.
Software
For software in the pre-production phase we used blogger and quite a lot of google's software, for example, google slides, google docs. We used this to get our ideas across to the other members of our group, it really helped us with the ability to develop our opening sequence ideas and suggestions as we moved forward.
